Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns at this time. But we want you to love your Vild order. Therefore, we're happy to accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Exchanges are available for a different size, style or product, with customers responsible for shipping fees both ways.

Custom Orders & Personalized Items

Custom and personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to double check your sizing and read through the item details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue, and we'll work to resolve it promptly.
